November 1, 8 or 22, 2026 only, subject to written availability confirmation. Book within 24 hours after your tour with a signed agreement and the required reservation payment. Bar offer covers selected house drinks for up to 50 guests age 21+ for one consecutive hour during your event; cash bar afterward. Drink menu and bar start time confirmed in your quote. Two extra hours are for setup before the event, not extra party time. Larger groups quoted separately. Cannot be combined with another promotion.

Starting price is for venue rental. Outside the November bonus above, bar service, catering, decor, sound, lighting and AV options are quoted separately based on your package. Standard bookings have a 6-hour minimum. Your date, guest count and setup determine the final quote; availability is confirmed by our team.
